I’ve spotted some courses on LinkedIn, but your approach is so much more structured, which will yield much better (and probably faster) results than my occasional LinkedIn course.
Thanks Issa, I'm glad you found it helpful. A structured approach helps especially if you consider all the different ways you can get the development you want and put in time frames. Once you get started on your plan, it helps you visualize yourself in your new role too - it becomes something you are doing rather than a 'someday' goal.
