Hi there! I’m Wendy, a Brit living in NZ, dog & cat lover, science fiction fan, and long-time Learning & Development professional.

I love anything related to L&D, training, or teaching. I have done so since I was a stroppy seven-year-old, forcing my little sister to write her alphabet for my inspection.

Fast-forward many decades, and I’ve got a ton of Learning & Development experience from roles both in the UK and NZ. I’ve managed L&D teams, set up L&D departments, and dabbled in Human Resources and Organizational Development.

So, I do know a thing or two about L&D, despite my daughter being continually shocked that I know anything at all. Specifically, that I’d heard of brainstorming. Sigh…
